Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken

Marinate the chicken with salt, sugar, pepper powder and corn starch.
Put onion, ginger, shallot and scallion into the Multifunctional Health Cooker. Fry the ingredients with oil until golden brown.
Add the marinated chicken and fried with all the ingredients.
Seasons the chicken with crystal sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing Wine, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Top with basil and serve.
