Sweet & Sour Pork with Peaches

Green Bell Pepper1/2pc
Red Bell Pepper1/2pc
Yellow Bell Pepper1/2pc
Light soy sauce1tbsp

Rinse the spareribs. Add the marinade and mix well. Leave for an hour.
Cut the onion, bell peppers and peaches into chunks. Finely chop the garlic
mix the sauce ingredients well and set aside.Mix the corn starch with 3 tsp of water in a bowl.
Heat oil in Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Coat the spareribs in caltrop starch lightly. Deep-fry until lightly browned. Drain and let cool briefly. Put them back in the oil and fry for 30 more seconds.
Drain oil from the cooker. Stir fry grarlic adn onion until fragrant. add bell peppers and peaches. Set aside.
In the cooker, pour in the sauce and cook until it bubbles. Stir in the corn starch liquid and cook until it thickens. Toss in the pork and vegetables. Stir quickly. Serve.
