Red-Braised Pork Belly Cubes
Ingredients
Pork Belly
slice Ginger
Spring Onion
Cooking Oil
Steps
1.
Wash and dry pork. Cut into 2”x2” cubes. Scald in hot water.

Heat up oil inside Ultimate Rice Cooker. Add ginger and spring onion. Stir-fry pork until fragrant. Pour in blended seasonings and bring to a full boil.

[ Method A ] Close and lock cooker lid. Press “Meat” button. Braise until sauce thickened. Serve hot with rice.
4.
[ Method B ] For a tenderer texture, transfer meat and sauce to Healthy Slow Cooker. Cook over high heat for about 1 hour, then switch to low heat and braise for at least another 2 hours.
