Rinse chicken, fish and pork. Combine with eggs,sliced ham, ginger, corn starch and salt.
Transfer (1) into Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Select “Sauce”function key.
Transfer paste to piping bag. Press out strands of noodles into a large bowl of cold water.
Put chicken stock, winter melon, Jinhua ham, oyster mushroom and salt into Ultimate Rice Cooker (lid open) and cook for 5 min. Keep stirring. Sprinkle green onion and serve.
