Homemade Penne Bolognese

All Purpose Flour250g
Egg Yoke1 pc
Olive OilAppropriate Amount
Minced Garlic1 Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce2 Tablespoons
Dried Thyme1/2 Tablespoon
Pour salt and flour into the Automatic Dough and Noodle Maker. Press the "Knead" button and create a dough. Pour in the eggs and add egg yoke at last.
Attach the hollow nozzle onto the Noodle Maker. Press the "Extrude" button to produce penne.
Saute minced beef, minced garlic, carrots and onions. Add dried thyme and tomato sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Finally, put in penne and cook for 2 more minutes.
