Mexican Spicy Beef Stew

Remove fat from beef fillets and chop into small pieces. Dice tomatoes and potatoes.
Press any button and heat up olive oil and butter in the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Keep the lid open. Add diced beef and fry until a golden yellow colour is shown. Season with salt and pepper. Leave aside.
Saute potatoes, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili, paprika, salt and pepper in the Rice Cooker.
Put all ingredients other than the sweet peppers into the Ultimate Rice Cooker and cook with the "Meat" function.
Add sweet peppers and cook until all the liquid is absorbed.
