Stewed Deer Sinews with Mushrooms and Goose Feet

Soak deer sinews in water so that they expand. Blanch deer sinews and goose feet with ginger and spring onions. Rinse mushrooms and soak in water briefly.
Saute goose feet, ginger, spring onions and dried mushrooms in the Ultimate Rice Cooker.
Put in deer sinews and add seasonings. Close the lid and stew for 35 minutes using the "Meat" function. Finally, put in mushrooms and wait until cooked.
