Stir Fried Sliced Beef and Kimpchi with Cheese and Ketchup

Saute onions, garlic and pickled turnips. Put in all sauce ingredients and cook into a sauce.
Toss in leeks and sliced beef. Stir until cooked. Top with cheese at last.
