Middle-Eastern Vegetarian Beef Rice
Saute green peas, Thai rice, quinoa, cinnamon, cloves, paprika and cumin powder one by one in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
Put in vegetable stock and diced potatoes. Stir fry until cooked.
Lastly, add coriander and vegetarian beef. Close the lid and wait until the vegetarian meat is cooked.
Maria's Tips: Avoid excessive seasonings since the vegetable stock is already salty.
