Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Snowflake Nougat

Ingredients
Butter 50g
Chocolate 30g
Marshmallows 150g
Milk Powder 50g
Cocoa Powder 15g
Condensed Milk 20g
Salt 3g
Cranberries 50g
Pistachios 50g
Digestive Biscuits 150g
Steps
1.
Place butter and chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute until melted.

Add marshmallows and microwave for another minute until melted.
3.
Add milk powder, cocoa powder, condensed milk, and salt, and quickly mix well.

Add the remaining ingredients and use a spatula to coat the marshmallows completely.
5.
Place parchment paper on a template, pour the marshmallow mixture onto the parchment paper, cover with parchment paper, and roll out to the desired height with a rolling pin.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
7.
Remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle with cocoa powder on both sides, and cut into appropriate sizes. Done.
