Wide Temperature Range

The cooker’s available temperate levels range from 40 to 240 degree Celsius. Different cooking functions can be meticulously executed with this feature that greatly enhances heat control precision.

LED Screen & One-Touch Keys

The LED Display and one touch keys give you easy control over the time, heat and other settings.

Delay Timer

The Delay Timer allows you to delay your cooking time for up to 9 hours and 59 minutes, so it is very convenient for early meal preparation. Cooking starts when the timer reaches the preset time. With DFC 918, you can enjoy fresh and delicious dishes anytime.

Non-Stick Inner Pot

The inner pot made of a highly conductive material is non-stick, so it is great for pan-frying or stir-frying. It is also super easy to clean.

Standable Glass Lid

The standable glass lid takes up less kitchen worktop space. You can easily monitor the cooking process without having to take off the glass lid. It also effectively seals in moisture, steam and heat, preventing the loss of great nutritious values through evaporation.

FAQ

What should I be aware of before using my new Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker for the first time?
Rinse and pat dry the inner pot before using for the first time. Grease the surface with cooking oil (except butter and lard) and let it sit overnight. Clean the inner pot thoroughly afterwards. This procedure is to be done only once. It helps prevent food from sticking.
What type of utensils shall I use when cooking with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker? Can I use metal utensils?
Go for spatulas made of heat-resistant silicone, plastic or wood. Avoid using metal or sharp utensils to protect the non-stick coating.
Why can't the temperature be adjusted when using the “Slow Stew” programme?
The default temperature and time of the "Slow Stew" programme is 99℃ and hours respectively. The appliance will automatically switch power when the temperature reaches 99℃. However, time is still adjustable during operation.
Is there anything I should pay attention to when cleaning the inner pot?
You can remove stain in pot with a dry, soft cloth or sponge or use edible vinegar boiled with water.
When cooking in high heat with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker, is there anything I need to know?
Make sure there is food or liquid inside the pot when using high heat or temperature.
