Stewed Chicken with Phoenix Eye Fruit

Phoenix Eye Fruit
Light Soy Sauce
Blanch the phoenix eye fruit. Take out the pulp and set aside.
Marinate the chicken pieces.
Slice the ginger. Dice the garlic.
Saute the ginger and garlic in the preheated Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
Put in the chicken pieces. Sear both sides until golden brown. Add the phoenix eye fruit pulp and water.
Add seasonings. Reduce the sauce. Serve.
