Sweetened Preserved Radish
Grill eggplant until skin is charred. Remove the skin and use fork to gently squash the flesh. Add corn starch.
Whisk egg with corn starch. Pour the mixture into a plate and mix with eggplant flesh.
Set “Fry” mode at Multifunctional Health Cooker. Heat oil and fry the eggplant until crispy. Add sweetened radish. Turn and fry the other side until golden brown.
