Spaghetti Squash Soup with Apples and Snow Pears

Pork Shoulder

Steps

Blanch the pork shoulder. Core the apples and snow pears. Chop the spaghetti squash into pieces.

Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients and cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function. Alternatively, cook for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function.
3.
Season with salt.
