  • I understand the renewal agreement shall come into force after receipt of payment by German Pool.

Thank you for choosing German Pool! To protect your interests, please read the following terms and conditions.

  1. Standard installation fee includes basic transportation and on-site labour cost. Replacement of parts is not included.
  2. All paid services and parts (except plastic or consumable parts) will enjoy a parts warranty of 90 days. After 90 days, any service request will be charged separately
  3. Within parts warranty period, we will replace any parts for free if they are damaged under normal and correct operation. German Pool should not be held responsible for failure caused by misuses, negligence, accidents, natural disasters and/or vandalism.
  4. All quotations are valid for 60 days.
  5. If installation is carried out by unauthorized personnel and/or installed against German Pool’s authorized practice, German Pool is not responsible for damages caused by false installation.
  6. For locations without elevators, extra service fees will be charged.
  7. Service area includes Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories only. Additional transportation fee will apply to remote locations such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.
  8. Parts warranty does not cover the followings: consumables, accessories and optional items such as, but not limited to, product casing, plastic parts, remote controls, batteries, light bulbs, etc; labour cost for parts replacement and commercial or industrial usage.
  9. If we are unable to verify customer’s warranty registration record, customer must present original purchase invoice at the time of service. Full amount of on-site labour and parts replacement fee will be charged if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.
  10. German Pool reserves the right to reject any service request in case of fraud or incorrect warranty registration (e.g. unauthorized modification or removal of information on purchase invoice or serial number).
  11. For any post-service quotation or returning service requests, German Pool will contact customer on the next business day.
  12. These service terms and conditions are valid in Hong Kong SAR only. They shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
  13. In case of any dispute, German Pool (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
  14. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
