When I'm operating the fan with remote control, why does another appliance in the room suddenly turns on?
This is due to frequency conflict of the remote control signals between appliances. This is not uncommon. Simply adjust your pointing angle will help.
Any precautions I have to notice when cleaning the fan?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Don't use any abrasive cleaning product to avoid damaging the surface. The blades must be completely dry before re-assembling.
