The following 2 cases may occur when operating the fan: 1) This fan turns on (or responds) when using remote control of another electrical appliance. 2) Other appliances respond when using remote control of this fan. Both cases are due to the frequency conflict of the remote control signals for two or more appliances. This is not uncommon, and it is not a quality problem. To avoid that, keep the remote control from pointing at other appliances' signal receivers.
