Terms & Conditions for Cabinet Packages

• German Pool kitchen cabinet includes straight grained board or white high gloss film finishing board series.
• Kitchen cabinet package does not include installation of water inlet/outlet or electrical appliances
• Cash coupon is applicable to select German Pool electrical appliances displayed at German Pool Kitchen cabinet & Appliance Centres.
• Cash coupon HK$5,000 will be taken off from any purchase above HK$10,000. If the total invoice amount is less than HK$10,000, the value of this cash coupon is then half of the final invoice amount.
• Cash coupon is not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
• Cash coupon is valid only with an authorized signature and the German Pool company stamp.
• Cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other German Pool discounts, coupons, or promotions.
• Cash coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Cash Photocopy of this coupon is not valid.
• German Pool Kitchen Equipment Limited reserves the right to cancel or terminate the use of this coupon should there be any dispute at any time without notice.

15 Days Delivery Guarantee

• Once design drawings are signed by the customer, the cabinet order will undergo a 3-working-day review process. Delivery of cabinets will be made within 15 working days starting from the end date of the review process.
• *Working days mean Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
• If modification(s) of design or materials is(are) requested by the customer after the drawings have been signed (any point prior to, during or after the production phase, and until the same day of delivery), the customer is required to re-sign the drawings. Delivery date will be adjusted based on the final signing date of the drawings.
• Payments must be made in full by the customer prior to production. Should there be any delay in payment, cabinet delivery and project schedule may be affected. In such case, the “15-day delivery guarantee” will not be applicable.
• The “15-day delivery guarantee” does not apply to appliances, countertops, hardware and other non-off-the-shelf products.
• The customer must provide a space that has been emptied and is suitable for cabinet installation. German Pool should not be held responsible for any delay due to space inconvenience.
• Delivery service may be delayed or suspended in case of acute weather conditions (e.g. when No. 8 or above Typhoon Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted), severe flooding, road obstruction or closure, and circumstances beyond the control of the customer or German Pool (including but not limited to the postponing of delivery by the customer’s request, customer failing to receive delivery on the day German Pool arranges, etc.).
• German Pool reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• If there is any objection to the terms and conditions, German Pool reserves the right to make the final decision.
