German Pool To Be Awarded Q-Mark Service Quality Award

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) presented German Pool (HK) Ltd the prestigious Q-Mark Service Award for quality. The 2007 Q-Mark Award Ceremony is officiated by Dr. Sarah Liao, JP, Secretary for the Environment Transport and Works of the HKSAR Government, on 18 May 2007 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Established by statute in July 1978, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Scheme is administered by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under the auspices of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. The Scheme has developed into a widely recognized quality certification scheme within the region. Their objectives are to 1) foster industrial development by enhancing the quality of product and service standards, as well as manufacturing and management systems in compliance with internationally recognized standards, and 2) acknowledge quality products and services, and promote the concept of quality in local and overseas markets.

This prestigious Q-Mark Award is only presented to organizations who can demonstrate their commitment to quality and excellence throughout their organization. FHKI Q-Mark Committee conducted a rigorous independent quality audit before awarding the Q-Mark.
