The all new Built-in Gas Cooking Range features an exclusive factory-installed wind-blocking rack, which has passed multiple safety tests and certifications. This innovative design effectively blocks outdoor winds and indoor air currents, preventing heat loss. At the same time, it concentrates the dispersed flames directly onto the bottom of cookware. The gas cooktop also utilizes a 3D wind funnel design that draws in surrounding air for enhanced combustion, resulting in improved stability and concentration of firepower, enhancing combustion efficiency.

All new Built-in Gas Cooking Range with dual flame rings offers precise flame
control (Double Ring or Inner Ring mode) to cater to all your cooking needs. With
more flame holes and a larger contact area between the cookware and the flame, heat
distribution is concentrated and more even, resulting in higher heating efficiency.
Using inner ring alone is great for slow stewing and gentle simmering, while double
flame rings can offer up to 6000 W^ firepower, perfect for fiery stir-frying,
deep-frying, and steady braising.
Handy Timer for Slow-Cooked Dishes
The left cook hob is equipped with a countdown timer. Simply
set the timer for 1-180 minutes, and when the countdown hits zero, the cook hob will
automatically cut off gas supply while the buzzer will sound to alert user. This
feature is especially handy when cooking Chinese soups, meat stews and slow-cooked
delicacies.
Easy to Attach/Detach Cap and Rack
The burner caps of this all new Built-in Gas Cooking Range are made of brass, and the energy-saving
burner racks are made of heavy duty cast iron; the burner rack, together with the
auxiliary small burner rack, is designed to fit all sorts of pots and
pans# including
the Chinese wok, small moka pots, and small milk pots. They are highly durable and
better than other materials in storing and channeling heat to utensils.
The all new Cooking Range also has an extra wide drip pan to effectively prevent food and sauces from seeping into the stove. The burner caps and energy-saving burner racks are easy to attach and detach, making cleaning much easier.
