What should I note about the built-in lithium battery?
In order to meet the requirements of transportation safety, the factory only charges the product to approx. 30% battery power. It is recommended to charge the product for more than 4 hours before using it for the first time. This will prolong the battery life. If the device will not be used for a long time, please charge the battery every three months to prevent battery damage. A full charge takes approx. 4 hours, and when the product is fully charged, the Charging Indicator Light goes off.

The 3-in-1 Anti-Mite UV Sterilizing Cleaner suddenly shuts down while operating. Why?
It is because the filter is blocked, causing the motor to overheat. The overheat protection device is activated, resulting in the sudden shut down. Let the appliance cool down and clean the HEPA filter with a small brush. Then, restart the appliance. Attention: The HEPA filter has to be cleaned with a small brush regularly. Replace with a new one every 3-4 months. Do not rinse with water.
