It is because the filter is blocked, causing the motor to overheat. The overheat protection device is activated, resulting in the sudden shut down.
Let the appliance cool down and clean the HEPA filter with a small brush. Then, restart the appliance.
Attention: The HEPA filter has to be cleaned with a small brush regularly. Replace with a new one every 3-4 months. Do not rinse with water.
