In most cases, there is no difference between the Halogen Cooking Pot and ordinary ovens regarding cooking temperature. However, the cooking time has to be adjusted - less time is needed when cooking with the Halogen Pot. Follow the time stated in recipes for the first few times of usage, and keep an eye on the food when the cooking process is almost completed. Open the lid to stop cooking at anytime.
