Baked Breakfast Sandwich Cups
Eggs (medium size)
thin slice Deli Cheese(Cheddar or Swiss)
thin slice Deli Black Forest Ham
Sandwich Bread Slice(crust removed)
In a large bowl, cover eggs in hot tap water and let sit for 10 min.
Roll bread as thin as possible with a rolling pin. Brush bread with butter. Pinch in the sides of each slice and press into baking cups. Transfer to Low Rack inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Toast for 3 min at 205°C.
Top a ham slice on each cheese slice. Make a cut from centre to one side of each stack. Then fold stacks into cone shape and press into toasted cups. Crack one egg into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
Return to Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake for 3 min until egg whites are barely set (still slightly moist). Remove from cooking pot. Cover tightly with foil for 5 min to cook the eggs by residual heat. Done.
