Fruit Flavoured Chicken Curry

Minced Chicken600 g
Tomatoes (chopped)400 g
Onions (chopped)1 個
Ginger (chopped)1 pc
Garlic (chopped)1 Clove
Fruit Pulp100-150 g
Chicken Bone Broth Powder1 tsp
Coarse Salt1 tsp
Red Chili Pepper (deseeded)1 pc
Curry Powder2 tbsp
Garam masala1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder1 tsp
Coriander Powder1 tsp
Heat the butter in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Saute the cumin. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Cook for 15-20 minutes in medium heat.
Put in the spices. Add minced chicken and stir well.
Toss in the fruit pulp and tomatoes. Crush while stir-frying.
Add water, chicken bone broth powder and coarse salt. Bring to a boil. Close the lid and cook in low heat for 20 minutes.
Lastly, season with salt and pepper. Serve.
