Home-made Honey Glazed Char Siu
2 catty Boneless Pork (Shoulder Cut)
Clean pork and pat-dry. Melt maltose in hot water bath. Mix all seasoning ingredients together and rub evenly on pork. Add cooking oil. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Place pork on high rack inside the Halogen Cooking Pot and spread evenly. Grill at 250°C for 8 min.
Apply a thin layer of Char Siu Sauce on both sides. Grill for another 5 min with the uncooked side facing up. Slice up and serve.
