Sticky Rice Pudding in Pumpkin

Ingredients
Pumpkin
Glutinous Rice
Purple Rice
Lotus Seeds
Raisin
Pumpkin Seeds
Red Beans
Dried Cranberries
Brown Sugar
Steps
1.
Deseed the pumpkin and remove the pulp. Place it into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven and steam for 20 minutes. Set aside.
2.
Mix the glutinous rice with purple rice. Steam in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until fully cooked.
3.
Mix the rice with brown sugar, lotus seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit.
4.
Put a layer of rice into the pumpkin shell. Then, cover with a layer of red beans. Repeat until the pumpkin shell is filled.
5.
Seal the pumpkin shell and secure with toothpicks.
6.
Place into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven and steam for 45 minutes. Serve.
