Stewed Pork Ribs with Edamame Beans and Wheat Gluten

Deep Fried Wheat Gluten
Light Soy Sauce
Marinate the pork rib briefly.
Heat up the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in cinnamon, tsaoko fruit, star anise and the pork rib. Pan fry until the pork rib turns golden yellow.
Add edamame beans, wheat gluten, rock sugar and water. Reduce the sauce.
When the pork rib is cooked, seasoning with oyster sauce. Serve.
