Turnip Cake with Chinese Sausage
Diced Chinese Sausage
Press any button on the Ultimate Rice Cooker to heat up cooking oil (keep lid open). Stir-fry Chinese sausages, dried shrimps and dried scallops; put aside for later use.
Cook shredded turnip with a dash of salt in the cooker until turnip turns soft.
Add ingredients from Step 1 into cooked turnip; then slowly mix in rice flour.
Apply a layer of oil in the inner pot and then pour the mixture in it. Close cooker lid and set cook time to 20 min.
When time is up, let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes in the cooker. Open lid and serve.
