Steps

Bring sugar, water, coconut milk and oil to boil in a saucepan. Pour hot mixture into glutinous rice flour. Quickly fold well with a spatula until a dough is formed. Let cool and knead. Divide dough into 4 small portions.

Wrap red bean paste with dough and roll into balls. Then press dough to flatten it. Brush a layer of oil on both sides.

Place High Rack and greased Frying Plate inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake one side of pancakes for 8 min at 200°C-205°C, then flip around and bake for another 4 min. Serve.
