Yellow Chive, Mushroom & Water Chestnut
Oyster Sauce﹐ Oil
Soy Sauce﹐ Sesame Oil
Salt, Chicken Powder & White Pepper
Season ground pork with salt and pepper; finely chop up mushrooms, yellow chives and water chestnuts; cut & shred cabbage, then rinse with salted water and drain.
Mix chopped cabbage, shrimp and pork with seasonings. Add shredded mushrooms, yellow chives and chopped water chestnuts into seasoned meat.
Cover and refrigerate mixed fillings. Remove from fridge after 20 min. Wrap about 2 tsp of meat into each wonton wrapper.
Boil water in Cookpot. Then carefully put dumplings in boiling water. Wait until water turns into a full boil and pour 1 cup of cold water into pot. Serve when dumplings float to the top.
