HSBC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. Approval in advance is only applicable to designated HSBC first account holders who conform to the Bank’s credit conditions, including the customers must have good credit record in other credit investigation institutions.

3. The Cardholder can receive a German Pool Ultimate Rice Cooker (URC-14) as welcome gift with the condition that the cardholder has made RMB/HKD $5,500 transaction within the first 60 calendar days of the credit card issuance.
4. The Cardholder can enjoy $400 RewardCash with the condition that the cardholder has made RMB/HKD $4,500 transaction within the first 60 calendar days of the credit card issuance.
5. There is no transaction required for Cash Instalment Plan, the annualized percentage rate is 0%. Annualized percentage rate is calculated according to the method set out in the relevant guidelines referred to in the Code of Bank Practice.
6. The credit limit assigned to the RMB sub-account will be calculated at the prevailing rate of exchange determined by HSBC at card processing.
7. The Assist Service is free of charge to HSBC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cardholder in the first year of card opened. Cardholder can continue to enjoy this Service free of charge in the subsequent years, with the condition that the cardholder has made at least 2 transactions in mainland China for that year; otherwise, an annual service fee of HKD450 will be charged upon usage of the Assist Service.
