A.
All installation fees and surcharges on special job(s) are subject to on-site quotation by the technician.
B.
Unless otherwise specified in the standard service details, uninstalling and disposal of old units are not included.
C.
If no prior site survey is conducted and installation proves impossible on-site, a site visit service fee will be charged.
D.
Kitchen under construction: if our technician is unable to install the appliance due to the absence of an installed cabinet door, Customer should be responsible for the service fee of a second visit.
E.
Customer should take proper measures to protect the floor from possible damages caused by the moving of refrigerator.
Conditions
1.
Any obstruction within the installation area must be cleared out by Customer prior to installation.
2.
Customer should ensure 13A power & socket/connection unit are ready near the appliance at the time of installation.
3.
Customer should ensure cabinet door is already in place before installation.
4.
Customer should take proper measures to protect the floor from possible damages caused by the moving of refrigerator.
