This product only filters out airborne dust, particulate matters and odours, it cannot vacuum dust off surfaces.

This product’s HEPA 13 filter is not recommended to be washed with water , as it is a professional grade high density filter and the fibres are very tightly knitted, washing it will break down its structure and affect its purifying effect.

Both colours are normal. In either blue or green, a flashing LED indicates that the product is being charged. Whereas a glowing LED in solid colour (while plugged in) means charging is finished. The effectiveness of the product is the same in either colour.

[BLUE] When the product is plugged in while it is "on", the LED will flash in blue. After the product is fully charged, the LED will turn to a solid blue. Once it is unplugged from power, the light will remain solid blue and the product continues its operation.

[GREEN] When the product is plugged in while it is "off", the LED will flash in green. After the product is fully charged, the LED will turn to a solid green. Once it is unplugged from power, the light will go off and the product remains switched off. LED will light up in blue when the product is switched back on.

Yes, it will. The product releases 20 million negative ions.  However, actual performance of this product may depend on various factors, including environmental factors, wind speed, relative humidity etc.

No, this product is a no-filter design, and has no consumable parts to replace.

The black brush is actually composed of carbon fibre through which the negative ions are released, they are intentionally designed to jut out. Please make sure the brush faces upwards when purifier is in use.

Artificial negative ions are generated by high voltage and released via the carbon fibre brush, but this product’s electric current is very light, so it is perfectly safe. However, we do not recommend users to touch the brush to avoid lowering its effectiveness.

No, but to prevent the anion-releasing zone from gathering dust, please clean this product regularly. Simply power off the product, then use tweezers or cotton swabs to gently remove any dust or lint gathered on the brush.

HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air filter. European Committee for Standardization (CEM) categorizes HEPA filters into 7 grades according to Most Penetrating Particle Size (MMPS).

This product is fitted with HEPA 13, meaning by CEM standard, it is able to  trap 99.95% of pollutants.

The Filter is washable; if the Air Purifier is in use every day, we suggest to change the Compound Filter in every 6-8 months. One set of Filters (4 pieces) costs $380.

Generally speaking, it is recommended under normal condition to replace your HEPA 13 filter every 3 months, but if product is under heavy usage and filter is very filthy, it should be replaced more frequently.

When the product is in use, the LED light is constantly lit up in blue; when product is charging, the light will flash in green; when the product is turned off or battery is exhausted, the LED light will go out.

Yes it is perfectly normal and safe. The product will emit a very slight buzzing sound during the release of negative ions.

Yes, as the humidifier is detachable and can be used separately, it must be charged separately via USB; versatile for use in baby room, office or car.

This model only supports connection to one account on phone. Connections from new users will disconnect the existing user.

This product adopts a special technology to generate negative ions.  However, if you have any existing medical condition, or fitted with a cardiac pacemaker, please consult with your physician before using this product.

Yes. But as with any electrical or electronic product, please be mindful not to allow the product get wet because this is not a waterproof product.
