Do not put tap water into the water tank. Use distilled, filtered or boiled water. Do not put other forms of liquid into the water tank.

The coffee capsule or coffee pod must be placed in the designated adaptor. The Multi-Capsule Coffee Maker supports types of the style of Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, K-fee, Lavazza Espresso Point, Lavazza A Modo Mio, or illy E.S.E, which have covered most in the market.

However, not every coffee capsule and coffee pod is compatible. Please consult the supplier to confirm, or sample the capsule or pod of your choice at German Pool Cabinetry & Appliance Centres.

Unlike instant coffee powder, ground coffee beans can’t soak up all the liquid. It’s normal that some water remains in the used ground and slips through.

Please remove the capsule adaptor and place on the drip tray to prevent water splash.

Different flavours of DOLCE GUSTO capsules require different water volumes. Please adjust by long pressing the "Small Cup" or "Large Cup" buttons according to the instructions below:

Coffee capsules of different brands/styles require different water volumes. Please check the volume bar shown on the capsules and adjust the water volume accordingly by long pressing the "Small Cup" or "Large Cup" buttons. Please refer to the table below for more details:

No. Use only cold or room temperature water. Never use hot water.

Please check if the capsule adaptor is inserted properly or compatible with the coffee capsule of your choice.

No. Medium grind coffee is recommended. Extra fine coffee is not recommended to avoid blocking the wire mesh.

The fineness of coffee grind does not affect the performance of coffee maker or the quality of coffee. To achieve the best result, keep the size of granules between medium to fine.

When using ground coffee, use freshly roasted coffee beans and grind in right fineness before use. It is preferable to use a medium-coarse grind.
