Before cleaning, unplug the power cord, and let the Cooker cool down. Do not immerse the heating tray in water. |

Is there anything I should pay attention to before starting the Healthy Slow Cooker?
Before placing the glass container on top of the heating tray, you should first wipe the heating tray and the bottom of glass container with a dry cloth. Before heating, there must be water (or other liquids) and ingredients in the glass container.

Can I adjust cooking time of the Deluxe Delicacy Cooker after cooking has started?
During cooking, you can adjust cooking time by pressing Increase Key/Decrease Key to cook food to the right texture that suits your taste. However, when Preset Key is selected, cooking time cannot be customized. In winter, when room temperature is low, cooking time can be lengthened to suit the change in climate. When cooking foods that are hard to cook through, please lengthen the default cooking time and add more water into the stew pot to ensure the food will be thoroughly cooked.

There are 3 ways to keep warm: (1) Deluxe Delicacy Cooker will automatically enter “Keep Warm” mode when cooking is done. (2) User can also tap the “Keep Warm” key to set temperature to a warm level based on the room temperature. (3) You can also manually adjust temperature to 40-70°C by pressing “Plus + / Minus -” keys.

Usage
I see error code “E3” on the display, and the Deluxe Delicacy Cooker stops working. What should I do?
A: It might be that water has not been added to the main unit, causing dry-boil prevention to kick in. B: It might also be that the protective rack is not placed beneath the stew pot. If error message is still present when there is sufficient water and protective rack in the unit, please contact repair center for inspection and repair.

It is recommended to use a ladle to take out food from the glass pot after cooking. If you need to clean the glass pot, remember to use heat-resistant gloves to pick it up first. Caution: The glass pot and the handle are separate. The handle with metal frame is only for taking out the glass pot vertically, hence do not tilt the glass pot with the handle. |
