Let the inner pot of the IH Stir Fryer cool down, then hold the inner pot with cloth and turn clockwise for an unlock click, take the inner pot out, and clean with soft sponge. Rub dry with cloth. Do not use wired brushes or other hard surfaces to clean the IH Stir Fryer as they will damage the Teflon coating.
