Beat the egg whites, then stir in egg yolks, sugar, oil and flour. Pour the batter into the Casserole Pot. Place it onto the Low Rack and bake at 200℃ for 10-12 minutes. It is a lot faster than traditional ovens, which take at least 30 minutes to bake a cake.
