After the timer finishes counting down, if the floater on the cooker lid does not rise up (i.e. the lid can be opened immediately), it means there is not enough time for the food to be cooked by pressure, hence the raw condition. The root cause could be there is too little food and water in pot, or the lid/pressure relief valve is broken, leading to leaking of air. Solution is place suitable amount of food and water in pot and change the lid/pressure relief valve. If problem persists, please send the Cooker to repair centre for examination.
