Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Whipping Cream120 g
Black PepperA Pinch
Shredded CheeseTo Taste
Mix all ingredients for the crust to create a dough. Put into the fridge. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Flatten the dough and place it into the mould. Press to create the crust.
Put all ingredients for the fillings (except the shredded cheese) into the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Saute and mix well. Put into the mould. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Grill at 180°C for 15 minutes using the Halogen Cooking Pot. Serve.
