Beat the eggs.
Mix the vegetarian fins with egg mixture, bean sprouts and crab meat. Stir well and add seasonings.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode of the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time to 5 minutes. Press [Start].
Heat up the oil. Put in the mixed ingredients. Stir fry until the ingredients become drier.
Add Shaoxing Wine when there are 30 seconds left. After that, put the cooked ingredients onto a plate. Sprinkle minced Chinese ham and shredded spring onions on top. Serve.
