Stir Fried Calabash with Spanish Chorizo and Scallops

Light Soy Sauce
Dice the calabash. Shred the dried shallots, garlic and ginger.
Remove the freezer smell of the scallops with pepper, ginger juice, Shaoxing wine and sesame oil.
Select [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set temperature to level 7 and time 6 minutes. Press [Start].
Heat up the oil. Saute the dried shallots, garlic and ginger.
Put in calabash, Spanish chorizo, sugar, Shaoxing wine and light soy sauce.
When the calabash becomes tender, toss in the scallops. Stir until fully cooked. Serve.
