Salad Nicoise

Potatoes 300g
Green beans 300g
Tomato 300g
Red pepper 100g
Oil-soaked tuna 100g
Vinegar Sauce
Red Wine Vinegar40ml

Steps
1.
Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin on for 20 to 25 minutes (add salt in the cool water). Rinse the potatoes with cold water and peel them.

Wash the green beans, cut them into 3 cm lengths, and cook in salted boiling water until they emerald green.Rinse with cold water and drain.

Remove the stems of the tomatoes and make a cross-shaped incision on the top. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for about 10-15 seconds, Rinse with cold water and peel.

Wash the red peppers, slice them and remove the seeds.

Drain and chop tuna.
6.
Cook the eggs, shelled and cut into quarters.

Wash the lettuce and pick it.
8.
Add a little salt and fresh pepper to the vinegar and stir with olive oil.
9.
Put the vegetables and tuna on a large salad plate or dinner plate.
10.
Serve with side dishes (olives, anchovies, eggs, herbs and lettuce). Drizzle with vinaigrette before serving.
