helpWhat is the operation principle of Halogen Cooking Pot? Does it release radiation?

Category: Halogen Cooking Pot
Technical
Importance: star_ratestar_ratestar_rate
Difficulty: star_ratestar_ratestar_ratestar_ratestar_rate
Answer:
The Halogen Cooking Pot generates waves of infrared light in order to heat up the air inside the heating chamber. The fan then circulates the heated air throughout the chamber to evenly cook the contents inside the container through convective heat transfer, or convection. Food can be cooked within a very short time. The Halogen Cooking Pot does NOT release radiation, so it is safer than microwave oven.
