Pork and Cabbage Dumplings
Ingredients
All purpose flour
water
oil
ground pork
cabbage (diced)
carrot (diced)
egg
Steps
1.
Add ingredients into Food Processor (PHD), including
flour, water, and olive oil. Select “Dough” function.
2.
Roll dough into a long sausage and divide into small
balls. Press into disc shape with a rolling pin.
3.
Mix all filling ingredients together with egg white and
seasonings.
4.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of wrapper.
Fold and pinch the edge together.
5.
Put dumplings into boiling water and cook until
dumplings are floating, or pan-fry in a pan.
