Lotus Root Patties

Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Mince the pork using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Marinate the minced pork.
Slice the lotus roots and coat with corn starch.
Put a thin layer of minced pork onto each slice.
Place the lotus root slices onto the Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill until both sides turn golden brown.
Mix the sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce into the flat grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Reduce the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the lotus root patties. Serve.
