Grand Opening: German Pool Kowloon Flagship Store

German Pool Kowloon Flagship Store officially opens on June 19, 2014. The two-storey flagship store – in excess of 7,000 square feet – offers a one-stop shopping environment; German Pool’s VIPs can also share the joy of cooking at the brand new Culinary Experience Centre.

Efficiency, convenience and perfection are the key touchstones of a contemporary lifestyle, and one-stop shopping is the perfect way to manifest that. German Pool’s Kowloon Flagship Store has been designed to cater for this increasingly popular trend of one-stop shopping; customers can enjoy professional measuring, planning, installation and after-sales services. The Flagship Store will showcase a series of water heaters, electrical lifestyle appliances, seasonal appliances, healthcare products, household products, built-in appliances and a selection of kitchen cabinets. Three exciting new products will also launch during the Grand Opening. They include The Sparkle Collection Luxury Series food processor, the Smart Control intelligent water heater control system, and a new line of hotel-grade made-to-order custom built-in wardrobes.

Located in Kowloon East, the 7,100 sq ft two-storey Flagship Store is designed to offer the most spacious and comfortable environment for customers to explore the best options for their home. As one of the biggest experience centres in Hong Kong, the flagship store is made up of a 5,600 sq ft Custom Cabinets & Appliances Centre (CCAC) on the ground floor, and a 1,400 sq ft Culinary Experience Centre upstairs. On the ground floor, the CCAC showcases hotel-style built-in wardrobes and German Pool’s signature lifestyle appliances. The 1,500 sq ft German Pool Culinary Experience Centre focuses on homemade, preservatives-free and healthy cooking, and is a private place for our VIP to share the joy of cooking, and to explore the endless possibilities of German Pool lifestyle appliances.

The Custom Cabinets & Appliances Centre consists of a few different zones, where built-in appliances such as range hoods, cookers, ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators are displayed. The Centre also showcases a range of stylish made-to-order wardrobes and kitchen cabinetry. Every member of staff at the Centre has been trained to give the best advice and services according to the specific needs of each customer. A draft planning and temporary invoice will be issued for reference, before an on-site measuring service is arranged. Our dedicated team will then draw up an actual plan to help our customers create their ideal home.

To celebrate the 33rd anniversary of German Pool, the company is introducing 100 global limited edition of The Sparkle Collection high-speed food processor. Each of the limited pieces is hand-embellished with nearly 15,000 Xilion Rose Flatback cystals. Every model is given a unique serial number, and comes with an authenticity certificate, a nourishing recipes booklet, a delicate antistatic caring cloth, silk gloves, and special care instructions. In the new millennium, German Pool opened the first one-stop kitchen concept store in Wan Chai. The concept store is designed to give customers a convenient way to shop for home-improvements. Now, the Kowloon Flagship Store also showcases a brand new product line: the made-to-order custom cabinets series.
