Usage The Cold Press Juicer fails to start. What should I do? 1. Please check if the power cord is securely plugged. 2. Please check whether the hopper is clamped securely. Please pay attention to the "Lock" and "Unlock" logos near the bottom of the hopper. Make sure the hopper is fully twisted towards where the "Lock" logo is and there is a "click" sound. When the hopper is not installed correctly, the unit will not start. 3. Please make sure the chamber is properly installed onto the main body and whether a "snap" sound is made. When the chamber is unevenly placed, the safety device will not allow the unit to start. 4. Make sure all the accessories are installed correctly.
