How to remove the grease and stain on my Induction/Infrared Electric Ceramic Cooker?
Remove stains by wiping the surface with polishing wax and a dry cloth. For stubborn stains, scrape lightly with a blade (Hold the blade horizontally when scraping to avoid scratches).

No. When Smart Connect function is activated, both cook hobs will simultaneously activate Smart Connect function. Likewise, when Smart Connect function is deactivated, both cook hobs will simultaneously exit Smart Connect.

During installation of the Built-in Induction Cooker, how much space should I reserve for ventilation?
During installation, make sure there is air inlet and outlet underneath the unit, and a vertical space of at least 250 mm must be reserved for ventilation and heat dissipation.
Also, please keep a 90 mm distance between cooktop and wall.

The two hobs are powered by their respective power plugs. They can work at the same time when both plugs are connected.

The two hobs are powered by their respective power plugs. When the plug of the induction hob is connected, only the induction hob will work (max power: 2,800W); when the plug of the ceramic hob is connected, only the ceramic hob will work (max power: 2,800W).

The grill pan of the Induction Cooker is equipped with a non-stick coating. Please wait till the grill pan becomes cool before cleaning it. For removing stains and grease, normal detergents should be sufficient.

Does it take a long time for the induction cooker to heat up?
No. It only takes the induction cooker 15 minutes to heat oil up to 220°C, which is ideal for frying. It also automatically reheats occasionally so that the heat is maintained.

Why does Induction Cooker keep beeping?
Check whether the pan is suitable for induction cooking and positioned properly. Use an appropriate pan and position the pan in the centre of cook-top.

Why is the display monitor of Induction Cooker showing the error code?
Error code EC indicates improper installation. Please re-install.
Error code EA means internal overheat. Wait until the cook-top cools down.
Error code E3 means voltage over-loaded. Operation can be resumed when power voltage returns to normal rating.
Error code E4 means voltage under-loaded. Operation can be resumed when power voltage returns to normal rating.
Error code E5 indicates open circuit of cook-top sensor. Please contact the Customer Service & Repair Centre.
Error code E6 indicates short circuit of cook-top sensor. Please contact the Customer Service & Repair Centre.
Error code E7 indicates cook-top overheat. Operation can be resumed when temeprature drops.
Error code E8 indicates short circuit of internal temperature sensor. Please contact the Customer Service & Repair Centre.
Error code E9 indicates open circuit of internal temperature sensor. Please contact the Customer Service & Repair Centre.
Error code E0 means no cookware or inappropriate cookware. Please use metal, ferromagnetic stainless steel or cast iron cookware with flat bottom with a diameter of 12 cm or more. Cookware bottom diameter should not exceed 25 cm and must not weight over 6 kg (with food).

Why is the display monitor of Induction Cooker showing error codes?
Code E0 means interior circuit error, E3 & E4 mean over- and under-voltage respectively, E5 & E6 mean open/short circuit in top plate sensor and IGBT sensor respectively, please contact Customer Service & Repair Centre.
Code E1 means no cookware detected or incompatible cookware, check if cookware is appropriate.
Code E2 and E7 mean IGBT or top plate overheat. Switch off the product, let it cool down, then turn on again.

Is there any particular cookware recommended for Induction cooker?
Metal, ferromagnetic stainless steel, and cast iron cookware with flat bottom (with a diameter of 12-26cm) are recommended. Test the cookware with a magnet, the cookware is suitable for induction cooking if it attracts magnet.

The temperature of Induction Cooker is too high. Avoid operating the cooker with an empty pan. Let cooker cool down before switching it on again.

What should I do when the buttons of Induction/Ceramic Cooker don't respond to my push?
The buttons respond to touch, not pressure. Please touch them with the pulp of your finger, instead of using the finger tip. The buttons must also be clean and dry. Avoid leaving water, oil, utensil, cleaning cloth, and other objects on the glass panel. It may hinder normal operation.
When a touch is successfully registered, you will hear a beep.

Why can’t I power on the other hob even if the first hob isn’t set to maximum power?
When one of the hobs is set above 1,600W, the other hob will not provide power. If you want to cook with both hobs, you may set both to below 1,600W.

If user turns off the cooktop with Smart Connect deactivated, next time user turns on the cooktop, Smart Connect will remain off and will have to be manually activated.

What does display “A - - A” on the Smart Connect induction cooktop mean?
Smart Connect Induction cooktop display “A - - A” means that pairing is in progress. After pairing sequence is successful, short-press Lock Key on the left cook hob for 1 second to exit Pairing Mode. The left cook hob display panel will show “CH- -”, indicating Smart Connect function has been activated.

Can I place the induction cooker against the wall?
No. A certain space should be reserved around the hole in order to facilitate installation and use. Under any circumstances, make sure the Induction cooker is well ventilated and the air inlet and outlet are not blocked to ensure the induction cooker is in good working condition.(Varies by model, please refer to the instruction manual for details)
