Answer:
When the ambient or indoor humidity level is high, condensation inside the unit cannot evaporate fast enough; when the condensation overfills, the unit will automatically stop. After the condensation is drained out, the portable air conditioner can be restarted.
Manual draining through the Condensation Drain Port: 1) Turn off and unplug the unit. 2) Place container under the Drain Port. 3) Unplug the Drain Port to let water run out. User can gently tilt the unit backwards to speed up drainage.
When using Dehumidifying or Air Conditioning functions in humid environment/season, please plug the Drainage Hose into the Continuous Drainage Outlet located at the back centre of the Portable Air Conditioner to skip frequent manual drainage: 1) Unplug the Continuous Drainage Outlet. 2) Plug the complimentary 13 mm Drainage Hose into the Drainage Outlet. 3) Let the hose drain into a bucket or directly into the floor drain.
When using continuous drainage method, please avoid bending the drain hose and position the drain hose so that water can naturally flow downward.
